Briarmont Properties Ltd. is a UK property company with a long-term view. We are putting the right foundations, processes and relationships in place first, so that we can grow steadily and with care.
Our starting point is rent-to-rent, with a particular focus on serviced accommodation. Over time, we intend to broaden into property ownership, renovation and longer-term investment, building a business that earns trust and creates value at every stage.
