How Briarmont Properties Ltd. handles the information you send us through this website.
Last updated: 8 October 2026.
Who we are
This website is run by Briarmont Properties Ltd. (“we”, “us”). We are the controller of the personal information described in this policy.
What we collect
The only personal information we collect through this website is what you enter in our contact form: your name, your email address and the message you write. Please do not include sensitive information in your message.
How we use it
We use the email address you give us so that we can respond to your message. We use your name and message for the same purpose, to understand your enquiry and reply to it. We do not use your details for marketing, and we will not add you to a mailing list unless you ask us to.
Our legal basis
We handle your information because it is in our legitimate interests to respond to people who contact us, and because you have asked us to get in touch with you.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your information. The contact form is processed by our website hosting provider, who passes your message to us by email. They act on our behalf and only for that purpose. We may also disclose information where the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep your message and contact details so that we can respond to your enquiry and follow up with you about it. You can ask us at any time to delete all the messages and contact details we hold from you. We will do so within the time the law allows, which is one month, though we aim to do it straight away. To ask, use our contact form.
Cookies
This website does not currently use cookies for tracking or advertising.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you can ask us for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, and ask us to correct or delete it. You can also object to or ask us to restrict how we use it. To make a request, use our contact form. If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, you have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk).
Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle your information, we will update this page and the date above.
