Briarmont Properties Ltd.

Briarmont is a UK property company in its early stages, being built carefully and with a clear sense of direction.

Our initial model centres on rent-to-rent, particularly serviced accommodation. Our longer-term ambition is to move into property ownership, renovation and investment, creating value through well-run operations and well-improved properties.

We are ambitious about growth, and we intend to build it on strong foundations so that it lasts. That principle shapes how we intend to work with property owners, guests, residents and partners.

Meet the founder

Owen

I’m Owen, founder and director of Briarmont Properties Ltd.

My interest in property began when I moved into a house with no flooring, no furniture and little more than four bare walls. Watching that space gradually become a home stayed with me. What fascinated me wasn’t just the physical change, but what it created: somewhere people could live comfortably and build part of their lives.

That’s still how I see property. It’s more than bricks and mortar. It’s an opportunity to create something useful and lasting.

I founded Briarmont on two principles: building trust and creating value. That means strong relationships with property owners and partners, well-managed accommodation, and careful decisions about every opportunity.

Briarmont is starting with property operations, with the aim of growing into investment, renovation and ownership over time. I’m also interested in how technology can improve the way properties are run, and I plan to build tools that do exactly that.

This is the beginning of Briarmont, rather than the finished picture.
